There are two types of offences in PPC
1-Bailable offence
2-Non Bailable offence
Bailable offences are those offences which are fall in Non-Prohibitory class.
Non-Bailable offences are those offences which are fall in Prohibitory class.
Prohibitory class offence are those offences where's punishment is more than ten years.
Non-Prohibitory class offence are thse offences where's punishment is less than ten years.
Normally Bailable offences are bailable and Non-bailable offences are non-bailable, but in practice any offence can be bailable if there is no sufficient proof against offender whatever the offence is bailable or non-bailable.
